Ambience transforms into Ambience Isle of Bute Micro bakery

Just a wee update about Ambience Isle of Bute.


We're transforming into Ambience Isle of Bute Micro bakery.


We're going to do our pizzas (of course),


sourdough loaves (only three ingredients),


sourdough rye bread (only three ingredients),


focaccia,


yeast buns,


scones,


toasties,


soup.


We'll concentrate on a small menu but high-quality and freshly made products.


We use old-fashioned recipes cooked in modern ovens with a lot of steam. 🍞🥖


If you order in advance, we can make special bread for parties, weddings, special occasions, straight from our oven to your table.


We will still be a cafe inside with coffee, tea, soft drinks, and refreshments.



We're having a soft opening tomorrow (Tuesday the 10th at 9 am - 3 pm)


to check if all equipment is working properly.


A little tasting samples will be available.



P.S. I don't know how much bread I'll make for tomorrow, but when it's gone, it's gone. If not, there will be a lot of breadcrumbs. 😋
